Welcome to Fox & Lea Pet Services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Terms
a) Fox & Lea Pet Services provides professional pet care, including dog walking and adventure outings.
b) All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
c) By booking with us, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the pet(s) and have full authority to enter into this agreement.
d) We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that we deem aggressive, unwell, or unsuitable for group walks.
2. Booking & Payment
a) All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
b) Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed.
c) We accept payments via our online booking platform, bank transfer, or cash.
d) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the full fee may be charged.
e) Late payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Dog Walking & Adventure Walks
a) Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and in good health.
b) Owners must inform us of any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special requirements before the first walk.
c) We walk dogs in small, compatible groups to ensure safety and enjoyment.
d) While every effort is made to ensure your dog’s safety, Fox & Lea Pet Services is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during walks.
e) Dogs will be transported securely to designated walking locations.
4. Emergencies & Veterinary Care
a) In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you are unavailable, we will act in the best interest of your pet.
b) Veterinary care will be sought if necessary, and the owner is responsible for all associated costs.
c) We recommend that all pets are insured to cover unexpected medical expenses.
5. Liability & Insurance
a) Fox & Lea Pet Services holds appropriate public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or loss of pets due to circumstances beyond our control.
b) Owners must ensure their pet is microchipped and wears a secure ID tag.
c) We are not responsible for damage caused by pets to property, other animals, or third parties.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
a) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid being charged.
b) If we need to cancel a service, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a rescheduled session or refund.
c) No refunds are given for missed walks due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies
.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
a) We respect your privacy and only collect necessary personal information for service provision.
b) Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
c) We may use photos/videos of your pet for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
8. Agreement & Amendments
a) By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
b) We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
