Cancellation Policy
Fox & Lea Pet Services – Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via our online booking platform, bank transfer or cash. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the full fee may be charged. 2. Dog Walking & Adventure Walks Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and in good health. Owners must inform us of any behavioral issues or special requirements. Dogs will be walked in small, compatible groups for safety. While we ensure your dog’s safety, we are not liable for injuries or illnesses during walks. 3. Emergencies & Veterinary Care In an emergency, we will contact you immediately. Veterinary care will be sought if necessary, and owners are responsible for costs. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. If we need to cancel, we will offer a rescheduled session or refund.
